Practice during the week suggested by Ven Amy:

As soon as you open your eyes (still in bed) you contemplate for four minutes in this way:
Two minutes – on gratitude on whatever good conditions that you have, small or big, basic or sofisticated.

Two minutes reflecting on your death and impermanence, I can today, it can be my last day. Then set your motivaton:
As I can die today I will make the most meaningful of this day, worthwhile ! Try to remember your motivation during the day.

This week Ven Amy sugested for you to contemplate on:

How do I suffer? Notice how the mind works, “thinks” . Just notice instead of blaming yourself and others.

How does my mood change during the day? What are the characteristcs of the canges?

If something bad happens can I reframe it in a positive way? To see if there is any positive message that I can learn of it?

Notice how te mind “ruminate”.

Have a very transformative week!

Meditation on Precious Human Rebirth is an antidote to depression, anxiety and low self esteem
Meditate wtih Ven Amy on this recording from 47min30sec to 58min30sec. Watch the video bellow:

You also can meditate as you were your pet for 15 ou 20 minutes, imagining to act like him/her as they eat, sleep, go to bathroom and make other animals. “See by their eyes.”

When you have some deep experience, keep your focus on this experience deeply. If you get discracted analyse again and then focus again. This is analytical meditation on tibetan Budhism tradition.

During the day whenever you get negative thought bring one positive thought. You notice your negative mind and reframe it. This training the mind.

If you have positive thoughts, rehance and reinforce them.

You can also meditate on the 9 points of death meditation. Ven Amy started mentioning them on

Two minutes reflecting on your own qualities. As she said, You do have good qualities. You do not need to be so pride either, it is a balance. You are good enough!

Reflections for the week
Everything is a product of something. Everything depends on something else to exist. See everything as product. The floor is made by woods or cement. All toghether seems solid but it comes from other elements.

Checking this way you are loosening up to the grasping of ourseilves and things.

Two minutes – on gratitude on whatever good conditions that you have, small or big, basic or sofisticated.

Two minutes reflecting on your own qualities. As she said, You do have good qualities. You do not need to be so pride either, it is a balance. You are good enough!
